Objective To explore the effectiveness of the treatment on rehabilitation training fixed position in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 93 patients with chronic schizophrenia in the hospital were randomly selected to participate in the study, and randomly divided into a study group (46) and a control group (47), according to whether the patients toke part in the recorvy training fixed position. Patients were evaluated with the Scele for Assessment of Positive Symptoms (SAPS)、Scele for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS)、Scale of Social Function for Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)、Activities of Daily Living (ADL) before and after treatment, and the SSPI was used after the patiences were treated for 3, 4 months. Results the SAPS, SANS were rated by two the groups, scores of the patients fixed position were significantly different with the controls (<0.001), and the scores of the strange behavior, apathy, poverty of thought, abulia, lack of interest, social disorder,attention disorder were vastly different (P<0.001);The between-subjects effects and the interaction effects between two groups the scores of SSPI existed greatly difference (P<0.05 or P<0.001). ADL score of two groups before and after treatment have obviously difference (P<0.0001). Conclusion Therapy on rehabilitation training fixed position can relif to patiences effectively and promote the recovery of social function.%目的：探索定岗职业康复治疗对在院慢性精神分裂症康复的有效性。方法随机抽取在院精神分裂症患者93例，按是否参与职业康复分为定岗职业康复治疗组（46例）和对照组（47例）。采用SAPS、SANS、SSPI、ADL量表于治疗前和治疗后进行测量，同时增加了SSPI于治疗3、4个月后的测量。结果定岗职业康复治疗后，治疗组SAPS、SANS的总分和综合分的变化与对照组均有显著差异（＜0.001），且怪异行为、情感平淡、思维贫乏、意志缺乏、兴趣社交缺乏、注意障碍等单项得分均有显著差异（P＜0.001）；两组患者康复治疗前后各次SSPI评分，组间存在显著差异（P＜0.001）；不同组别、不同时间段SSPI评分进行交互作用对比，具有显著差异（P＜0.001）；两组患者康复治疗前后ADL评分具有显著差异（P＜0.0001）。结论定岗职业康复治疗可改善在院慢性精神分裂症患者的症状，有效促进社会功能恢复。
