With such a provocative title, I expected more from this book and was disappointed. The authors fail to reveal any secrets about searching in Google. For example, the section "A Very Brief History of Google" in the book attempts to explain in one sentence how Google works. Google is able to explain this visually and in much more depth on their Inside Search page at google.com/intl/br/insidesearch under the "How Search Works" tab. Also, information similar to that in the book's Chapter 12, "Google Search Tips and Tricks," is under the "Tips & Tricks" tab here. Help with the majority of topics in Chapters 3 to 11 can be found at support.google.com, where Google provides its own help for Google Images, News, Maps, Scholar, Books, Google Alerts, and more.
