Tell the truth. Did you buy your license? Or did you earn it by working hard, gaining appropriate experience, and then qualifying before an impartial board of examiners? One of the problems in Africa over recent decades is symptomatic of civil aviation authorities in many Third World countries that have been run on the graft system. Not graft as in hard work, but as in 'How much money do you need to renew my Instrument Rating without us having to go up in a 'plane?'
