Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of oral nutrition supplementation (ONS) in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with malnutrition. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with malnutrition were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups receive routing nutrition support and nursing, and patients in the study group were given ONS. The levels of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and nutritional parameters were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results There was a decrease of serum BNP and increase of LVEF in both two groups after treatment (P＜0.05), but with no significant difference between two groups (P＞0.05). Levels of serum prealbumin (PA) and transferrin (TRF) were increased in both two groups after treatment, and were higher in the study group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in complications between two groups after treatment (P＞0.05). Conclusion ONS is effective improve the nutrition status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with malnutrition.
机译：摘要：目的探讨口服营养补充剂（ONS）在老年慢性心力衰竭并营养不良患者中的作用。方法将90例慢性心力衰竭合并营养不良的老年患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组45例。两组均接受路线营养支持和护理，研究组患者接受ONS治疗。比较两组治疗前后B型利钠肽（BNP），左室射血分数（LVEF）和营养指标。结果两组治疗后血清BNP降低，LVEF升高（P ＜0.05），两组差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）。两组治疗后血清白蛋白（PA）和转铁蛋白（TRF）水平均升高，研究组高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。两组治疗后并发症无统计学差异（P＞ 0.05）。结论ONS可有效改善老年慢性心力衰竭并营养不良的患者的营养状况。
