Unlike the other book reviewed this month, this book is aimed at a very specific audience. It is for those wishing to guide a team through a facilitated process. It is a book to study rather than to read, but for those who put in the effort, there is a lot of potential reward. According to the notes in the book, Michael Wilkinson, the author, is one of the USA's leaders in the facilitation industry. He has a huge amount of experience of facilitation, having worked on over 500 assignments in over 100 public and private sector organisation. As well as an author, he still facilitates, he trains and he gives speeches.
