摘要

The present work deals with the development of Micro Electro Mechanical (MEM) sensor using piezo-electric material. The MEM sensor has been developed to collect the vibration data from the structural system. The voltage developed from the simply supported beam using the MEM sensor has been validated with the vibration data of the same beam. A similar methodology has also been used in the rotor system to collect the vibration data of the rotor. The analysis has been carried out using the finite element software ANSYS.
