In applications where bearings must operate in very high-temperature environments - such as those in the steel and metalworking industries - grease or oil can deteriorate rapidly, resulting in poorly lubricated bearings that are prone to premature failure. A viable solution: Dry lubrication, which is particularly suited for applications running at slow speeds and extremely high temperatures.
