The use of serological technique for early detection of Ganoderma sp., a causative agent of basal stem rot disease of oil palm, has a significant role in supporting the success of integrated disease control management. The aim of this study was to determine potential use of polyclonal antibody anti exudate Ganoderma sp. (PcAb aeG) for field detection of basal stem rot disease of oil palm.
