The Philippine Social Science Council announces the availability of graduate fellowships under the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program (IFP). IFP provides opportunities for outstanding individuals from disadvantaged groups to pursue a master's degree in any field of study. Applicants must be currently residing and working outside Metro Manila; have graduated with a baccalaureate degree vvith above average grades; have had at least three years of work experience related to his or her proposed field of study; or to the kind of work or community service that he or she plans to pursue after completing graduate studies; show commitment to community and national service; and exhibit academic and leadership potential.
