The Tunnels study centre (CETU) is the central technical service of the Ministry of Ecology, sustainable Development, Transports and Housing responsible for all the technical aspects of tunnels. CETU is attached to the General Directory of Infrastructures Transports and Sea and is involved in all stages of tunnels work from conception to asset management as well with facilities and civil engineering matters.%Le centre d'études des tunnels (CETU) est le service technique central du Ministère de l'Écologie, du Développement Durable, des Transports et du Logement, en charge de l'ensemble des aspects relatifs aux tunnels. Rattaché à la Direction générale des infrastructures des transports et de la Mer, il intervient à tous les stades, depuis la conception jusqu'à la gestion du patrimoine, tant sur le plan des équipements qu'en matière de génie civil.
