摘要:In Poland, the meat industry is mainly based on domestic raw materials.Import covers about 10% of the market demand.Polish meat sector can be characterized by: 1.large fluctuations in production, supply and prices, 2.fragmentation of supply, as 60% of the population is found in breeding farms of no more than 50 units,3.instability of the quality characteristics of the raw material for slaughter (like small and variable carcass conformation, carcass size differences etc.).
