摘要

You don't have to be a Harvard scholar to know that some conversations are difficult. Let's face it—while the vast majority of conversations we have are pleasant and enjoyable, a few are not. They are ones that are long remembered, like old scars. They are ones that can lead to strained relationships over time. Whatever your stresses at the clinic, the insights of the Harvard Negotiation Project can go a long way in making difficult conversations easier and more productive. The Harvard group proposes that we shift from scoring points with our colleagues to focusing our conversations on learning from one another.
