摘要

EVERY time you drive a car, make a phone call or sit at a table, you are interacting with a system. To make sure the system is designed properly so that you can gain maximum benefit from it, the system's designer has to be sensitive to users' needs. Unfortunately, when we consider the average working environment - for whose which we are partly responsible - we often fail to consider the user. Sometimes this failure is simply down to the assumption that what works for the installer will work for everybody.
