摘要

Primary cutaneous small/medium-sized pleomorphic CD4+ T-cell lymphoma (PCSMTCL) represents about 3% of all primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. It is a provisional entity in the new WHO-EORTG classification. PCSMTCL usually presents as a solitary plaque or tumor on the head, neck or extremities. Most patients have a relatively indolent course with a 5-year survival of 60-80%. A recent report in the literature suggests that prognosis may be dependent on the size of the lesions, proliferative index, and the number of infiltrating GD8+ T cells.
