Edmonton— Air Products plans to build, own and operate a hydrogen production unit adjacent to and in support of Shell Canada's Scotford facility near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The 150-million standard cubic feet per day facility will be connected to Air Products Canada's existing Heartland Hydrogen Pipeline system, which supplies refiners, up-graders, chemical processors and other industries in the region. Pending regulatory approvals, commissioning is scheduled for the second half of 2015.
