摘要

The following lists, compiled with assistance from Neville Walsh, Senior Conservation Botanist, Melbourne Herbarium, include a small number of species that are also found on the nearby Mt Langi Ghiran and Mt Cole range (*). In all there are 54 endemictaxa in the Grampians out of 394 endemics in Victoria. Owing to their limited distribution, nearly all of these plants are listed as rare, endangered or vulnerable for Victoria. However, most are relatively common within the Grampians National Park andadjoining bushland areas and with a bit of searching in the right vegetation community, most can be found by keen observers. On the other hand, plants such as Grampians Borya, Borya mirabilis, and Daviesia laevis, Grampians Bitter-pea, are confined to one or two small clumps of plants in extremely small localised populations and will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to find.
