What does quality mean? Is organic food automatically quality food? Lawrence Woodward and Angelika Meier-Ploeger discuss the concept of quality. There are many images that are used to conjure up the sense of quality: blue skies and white clouds, for example; motherhood; virginity; apple pie and cream, the corn as high 'as an elephants eye'.
