The present invention relates to a job mediation system providing real-time and automatic matching services and a method thereof. The job mediation system includes a mediation server. The mediation server receives and stores short-term job search conditions through a job search terminal for requesting job search and recruitment conditions for short-term jobs input through a recruitment terminal for requesting recruitment, transmits a matching notification message to the corresponding job search terminal and recruitment terminal when there are matched conditions by comparing the job search conditions and the recruitment conditions, and transmits detailed content of the matched conditions to the job search terminal and the recruitment terminal individually when mediation fee is paid after approving the individual matching notifications through the job search terminal and the recruitment terminal. According to the present invention, the job mediation system provides the images of workplaces and customized information meeting the registered conditions for the job seekers as well as recruiters on a real-time basis by automatically connecting the job seekers and the recruiters to connect the short-term job seekers working and being paid on a daily basis and recruiters looking for employees to work in short-term working vacancy periods while meeting conditions of both, thereby matching the job seekers and recruiters in the shortest time and enabling the job seekers and recruiters to engage in job search and recruitment activities actively and reliably.
