We studied the effects of Trichoderma brevicompactum imazethapyr and soybeans on the activities of soil urease,deter-mination of soil urease activity by sodium phenate-sodium hypochlorite colorimetry.The soil urease activity showed inhibi-tion-recovery-activation trend after adding Trichoderma brevicompactum,imazethapyr and planting soybeans in the soil.Af-ter imazapyr was added,the highest activation rate reached 31.13%at 40 d.After planting soybean in the soil,the highest inhibition rate reached 10.35%at5 d,then gradually returned to the level of the control group after 20 d.When the soil contents of imazethapyr were 50,100 and 150 mg/mg, respectively, the soil urease activity showed inhibition-activation trend.Urease activity was significantly inhibited from 5 to 10 d,the highest inhibition rate reached 16.18%,and the acti-vation effect was present after 20 d.When the content of imazethapyr in soil was 100 mg/mg,the highest rate of activation was 85.23%at 30 d.%采用苯酚钠-次氯酸钠比色法测定土壤脲酶活性,研究了短密木霉(Trichoderma brevicompactum)、大豆(Glycine max)和咪唑乙烟酸质量分数对土壤脲酶活性的影响.结果表明:添加短密木霉、种植大豆和加入咪唑乙烟酸后,土壤脲酶活性均呈现出抑制—恢复—激活的趋势.土壤中加入短密木霉后,40 d时脲酶活性的激活率最高,达到31.13%;种植大豆后,5 d时抑制率最高,达到10.35%,20 d后逐渐恢复到对照组水平.当土壤中咪唑乙烟酸质量分数分别为50、100、150 mg· kg-1时,土壤脲酶活性呈现出抑制—激活的趋势,在5~10 d脲酶活性被显著抑制,抑制率最高时达到16.18%,20 d后呈现激活效应.当土壤中咪唑乙烟酸质量分数为100 mg· kg-1时,30 d时激活率最高,达85.23%.
