    • 摘要: 探讨精梳棉/聚酰亚胺/粘胶40/30/309.8 tex集聚纱的纺纱工艺。选用1.67 dtex×51 mm聚酰亚胺纤维、1.33 dtex×38 mm粘胶纤维和新疆细绒棉,针对聚酰亚胺纤维体积比电阻大易起静电,混纺纤维长度差异大,该混纺纱在生产过程中出现的梳棉成网困难以及成纱细节多、强力低、色结高、纱疵高等质量问题,采用聚酰亚胺与粘胶先进行包混,在并条工序再和细绒棉精梳条进行条混的工艺路线。根据混纺纤维的性能特点,对聚酰亚胺纤维采用离子型抗静电剂预处理,通过优选纺纱速度、隔距等工艺参数、采用集聚纺以及使用加宽上下销等措施,成功纺制出聚酰亚胺纤维混纺纱。认为:聚酰亚胺与精梳细绒棉、粘胶混纺,虽然纤维性能差异大,长度差异大,但只要采取合适的工艺与纺专器材,就能纺制出满足质量要求且风格较为独特的纱线。

    • 摘要: 为了在环锭细纱机上使用加长上销纺制节粗倍数较大、节长较长的竹节纱品种,以精梳棉27.12 tex竹节纱为例,通过介绍配棉情况和工艺流程,分析其清梳、棉预并、条并卷、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱各工序主要工艺参数设置及调整措施。指出:在配置竹节纱装置的FA502型细纱机上,使用加长上销、肇东下销和V型牵伸装置纺制环锭纺精梳棉27.12 tex竹节纱,应确保牵伸顺畅,防止出“硬头”和节中“大肚纱”;在细纱工序应采取稍大的后区罗拉隔距和后区牵伸倍数、适当的钳口隔距块、适度偏大的罗拉加压力、合适的钢丝圈以及适宜偏低的前罗拉转速等,在自络工序需采取较低的络筒速度和合适的电清工艺。

    • 摘要: 为解决采用0.9 dtex莱赛尔纺5.9 tex集聚纱生产过程中出现的质量问题,从了解该纤维的特性入手,借鉴以往生产1.1 dtex莱赛尔LF纤维品种的经验,通过做好生产小区域的温湿度控制,优化各工序关键工艺参数,提高了棉网清晰度,从而改善了纺纱质量。测试结果表明:采用0.9 dtex莱赛尔G100纤维生产的5.9 tex集聚纱,质量达到了用户使用要求,所生产的坯布下机匹分不到12分/匹,为生产外贸高档家纺面料提供了质量保障。

    • 摘要: 为了改造旧摇架、优选新摇架,提高成纱质量,介绍细纱摇架满足质量的技术要求,对比不同制造企业不同类型摇架的性能,在FA506型细纱机平面牵伸和V型牵伸技改过程中设计不同方案、不同纺纱品种进行试纺;对比试纺指标并分析旧摇架使用压力棒存在的工艺问题.指出:推广试用新型专件器材需考虑设备对纱线作用过程中的各力平衡,确保生产稳定;摇架对牵伸区纤维的控制效果影响极大,优选摇架时应跟踪试纺结果并兼顾生产环境、品种和工艺条件.

    • 摘要: 我们公司对国内几家摇架专件进行了实用性及纺纱试验测试。在FA506型细纱机纺JC9.8tex品种上技改新型摇架前后,牵伸器材配置方案:方案1为原弹簧摇架+2.75mm隔距块+普通上销+3代下销+17mm×45mm罗拉隔距;方案2为新常德弹簧摇架+3.0mm隔距块+压力棒上销+2代下销+17.5mm×45mm罗拉隔距

    • 摘要: Spinning technology measures of bamboo fiber/combed cotton 70/30 14.6 tex siro yarn were re-searched.In order to decrease fiber injury,technology process was shortened in picking processes.According to optimizing card clothing,technology parameters were optimized reasonably.Sliver blending technology configura-tion was adopted.The sliver delivery speed was reduced to avoid immoderate drawing in drawing process.Lighter weight per unit and smaller roving package were adopted to meet the requirements of draft distribution in spin-ning process and siro spinning.Temperature & humidity of workshop in each processes were controlled.Bamboo fiber/combed cotton 70/30 14.6 tex siro yarn was spun.It is considered that the problems of lower strength and easyer forming hairiness are overcome by optimizing the spinning technology.It can meet the requirement of cus-tomer.%研究竹浆纤维/精梳棉70/3014.6 tex赛络纱的纺纱工艺措施.竹浆纤维在清棉工序中缩短工艺流程,以减少纤维的损伤;梳棉工序通过优选针布,合理优化工艺参数;采用条混的工艺配置,并条工序降低出条速度,防止条子过熟过烂,粗纱采用轻定量、小卷装以满足细纱的正常牵伸分配及赛络纺纱要求,控制好各道工序的车间温湿度,从而成功纺制出竹浆纤维/精梳棉14.6 tex赛络纺纱.认为:通过纺纱工艺的优选,竹浆纤维克服了强力低、易产生毛羽的问题,满足了用户的要求.

    • 摘要: 探讨玉蚕纤维9.8 tex集聚纱的纺纱工艺措施.清棉工序重点控制好纤维回潮;梳理过程优化各部件隔距,合理优选针布;并条工艺控制好后区牵伸和喇叭口径;粗纱工序重点控制好粗纱伸长率,减少意外牵伸;采用集聚纺纱形式,优选纺专器材,纺制的玉蚕纤维9.8 tex集聚纱质量指标满足了用户的要求.认为:通过一系列的工艺优化,玉蚕纤维纱的毛羽和强力得到有效改善.%The spinning technology measures of silkworm fiber 9.8 tex condensed yarn were discussed.The moisture regain of fiber was controlled emphatically in cleaning process.Each component gauges and card clothing were optimized in carding process.Back zone draft and diameter of pipe socket were controlled in drawing technol-ogy.Elongation of roving was controlled to avoid sudden drafting in roving process.The condensed spinning was adopted.Special spinning components &accessories were optimized.The quality indexes of silkworm fiber 9.8 tex condensed yarn met the requirement of customer.It is considered that the hairiness and strength of silkworm fiber yarn are improved by a series of technology optimization.

    • 摘要: 探讨新型仿棉聚酯纤维/精梳棉 65/35 19.7 tex赛络纱的工艺优化措施,并对其针织物性能进行测试分析.根据新型仿棉聚酯纤维性能特点,采用并条混和的方式进行混纺,保证混纺比的准确性;使用新型纺纱配件,重视钢领钢丝圈的配套工作,使纺成的新型仿棉聚酯纤维混纺纱质量达到较高水平;对混纺纱针织物的回潮率、芯吸高度、抗起毛起球等性能进行了测试.结果表明:用新型仿棉聚酯纤维混纺纱织成的针织物,其吸湿性能与抗起毛起球性均比涤棉混纺纱织成的针织物优异.认为:开发的新型仿棉聚酯纤维混纺纱性能优异,可用于针织物.%Processing optimization measures of cotton-like polyester/combed cotton 65/35 19.7 tex siro yarn were discussed,property of its knitted fabric was tested and analyzed.According to property of cotton-like polyester,sliver blending was adopted to ensure the accuracy of blending ratio.New spinning accessories were used to make cotton-like polyester blended yarn quality reach a better level,especially the matching of ring and ring traveller.Moisture ragain,wicking height,anti-pilling resistance and other property of the knitted fabric were tested.The results show that hygroscopicity and anti-pilling resistance of the knitted fabric which is produced by cotton-like polyester blended yarn are better than the knitted fabric which is produced by polyester cotton blended yarn.It is considered that the developed cotton-like polyester blended yarn has excellent property which can be used for knitted fabric.

    • 摘要: The main points to select key accessory for chemical fiber segment-color yarn spinning were discussed.Aimed at the problems of chemical fiber segment-color yarn spinning like draft difficulity,intertwining on apron,worse evenness and so on,the selections of rubber-covered roll,apron and pipe socket were analyzed.It is pointed out that the rubber-covered roll with medium and lower hardness should be preferred.When coating material is added,the properties of intertwining resistance and oil resistance should be both combined to enhance the holding of fibers and control fibers efficiently.The surface friction factor of apron should be suitably decreased.The phenomenon of intertwining on apron caused by lower content batch-type feeding and so on of decorative yarn,should be reduced.The pipe socket should be selected based on the style of segment-color yarn,its front should be close to jaw of apron as much as possible,thus,the evenness level could be improved.It is considered that the spinnability of chemical fiber segment-color yarn can be improved and product quality can be stabilized by optimizing special spinning accessory and reasonably adjusting drafting technology.%探讨化纤段彩纱生产时关键纺专器材的选配要点.针对化纤段彩纱生产过程中牵伸不开、缠绕胶圈、条干差等问题,分别从胶辊、胶圈和喇叭口的选配方面做了分析.指出:胶辊的选配应以中低硬度为宜,上涂料时需同时兼顾抗绕抗油性能,增加对纤维的握持,有效控制纤维;适当降低上胶圈的表面摩擦因数,减少饰粗纱因含量少、间歇式喂入等原因产生的绕胶圈现象;喇叭口应根据段彩风格来选配,前端尽量靠近胶圈钳口,从而改善条干水平.认为:优选纺专器材,合理调整牵伸工艺,能够改善化纤段彩纱可纺性,稳定产品质量.
