The achievements on the supervising and executing law of soil and water conservation of Fujian Province were affirmed. In addition, five characteristics in the new situation and three aspects of difficulties existed therein were also analyzed. Based on the above, five points of directions or suggestions were made on the future task of the supervising and executing law of soil and water conservation, that is, establishing proper guiding ideas, strengthening the power of executing laws, broadening the task domain, setting up technique-supporting systems and perfecting the law systems.
