In the vehicle collisions, fractures can be occurred from the edge of steel sheet parts. And the existence or nonexistence of the fracture has the influence on the accuracy of the vehicle crash simulations. In order to obtain the simple evaluation index of fracture limit, the fracture limits of holes processed using several methods were measured. And it was clarified that these fracture limits are represented by the combination of the steel sheet properties.
