摘要

The success of service innovation is largely associated with human resource management. This study conducted an empirical research on the relationship among HRM, service innovation and performance of travel agencies, with 28 travel agencies in China as samples. The result demonstrates that human resource management significantly impacts service innovation and the performance of t ravel agencies, and service innovation partially mediates the relationship between HRM and the performance of travel agencies.
