护理学本科教育课程设置与实践教学改革的现状研究

         

摘要

With the gradual establishment of development and change of medical model in China and the new nursing mode, in the process of development of the nursing discipline in twenty-first century, cultivate high-quality nursing professionals, can better adapt to the requirements of the reform of ability and talent level. In the professional teaching plan, the curriculum is the core content, setting a scientific, professional characteristics and meet the professional teaching guiding ideology of curriculum, to cultivate excellent nursing professionals have very important signiifcance. Therefore, the construction of undergraduate nursing education curriculum system, it is necessary. Now on the development background of practice teaching reform of undergraduate education curriculum of nursing and education curriculum is discussed.%随着我国医学模式的不断转变以及全新护理模式的逐渐建立,在二十一世纪护理学科的发展过程中,培养出高素质的护理人才,能够更好的适应体制改革对能力和人才层次的要求。在整个专业教学计划中,课程设置是其中的核心内容,设置出具有科学性、富有专业特色以及满足专业教学指导思想的课程,对于培养出优秀的护理学专业人才具有十分重要的意义。因此,对护理学本科教育课程体系进行重新构建,是十分必要的。现对护理学本科教育课程实践教学改革的发展背景以及教育课程设置进行探讨。
