Plyometric training is considered by far the best method to develop explosive force and improve reaction speed .However ,due to the high impact of land training and strong mus-cle contraction ,it can bring many adverse effects to the athletes ,such as induced by severe muscle ache ,and a potential risk of bone ,muscle and ligament damage .Aquatic plyometric training is a new training method developed in recent years .Related studies show that com-pared with the traditional land training ,aquatic plyometric training can reach the training effect similar to that of the land training ,improve the subjects'vertical jump performance ,maximum torque ,speed ,strength and explosive force ,but reduce or even avoid the risk of muscle pain and injury .It can be used as the auxiliary and cross training of land training and blend in the whole training program ,in order to promote plyometric power and special performance and provide the more choice for athletes ,especially young athletes .%超等长训练被视为是迄今为止最好的发展爆发力、提高肌肉反应速度的方法,但陆上训练时,由于地面给予的高冲击,加以肌肉强烈的收缩,会给运动员带来诸多不利影响,如诱发严重的肌肉酸痛,并存在潜在的骨骼、肌肉和韧带损伤的风险。水中超等长训练是近年来发展起来的一种新的训练方式。相关研究显示,与传统的陆上训练相比,它可以达到与陆上类似的训练效果,显著提高受试者的纵跳成绩、最大转矩、速度、力量和爆发力,但减少甚至避免了肌肉酸痛和损伤的风险,能够作为陆上训练的辅助或交叉方式融入整个训练计划,促进超等长力量和专项成绩的提高,为运动员特别是青少年运动员提供更多的选择。
