OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with ziprasidone in treatment of schizophrenia. METHODS:200 patients with schizophrenia admitted from Feb. 2015 to Feb. 2017 were selected and divided into control group (odd numbers) and observation group (even numbers) via the admission sequence, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ziprasidone, while the observation group was given aripiprazole combined with ziprasidone, the efficacy and safety of two group were compared. RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group (97.00%, 97/100) was higher than that of the control group (83.00%, 83/100), with statistically significant difference (P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of aripiprazole combined with ziprasidone in treatment of schizophrenia is remarkable, with high safety.%目的:探讨阿立哌唑联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效.方法:选择2015年2月-2017年2月收治的精神分裂症患者200例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分组,单号为对照组,双号为观察组,每组100例.对照组患者给予齐拉西酮,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予阿立哌唑,比较两组患者的疗效及安全性.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.00%(97/100),明显高于对照组的83.00%(83/100),差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:精神分裂症患者给予阿立哌唑联合齐拉西酮治疗的效果较好,安全性较高.
