According to the optimization teaching strategy of physical education and the requirement of the transforma- tion of students' learning style, this paper puts forward the classroom teaching mode of inquiry, disabusing, attempt, ex- change in public physical education, and analyzes the theoretical basis and design of the mode by case to build students' sports and fitness learning platform and promote the teaching reform in physical education.%从体育教学优化教学策略,转变学生学习方式的要求出发,提出公共体育课＂探究、解惑、尝试、交流＂的课堂教学模式,并运用案例对此模式进行了理论基础与设计运用的分析,以其构筑起学生体育与健身的学习平台,推动体育教学改革。
