Mental health teachers play an important role in education, which plays an important role in the healthy development of students.Based on the psychological health education responsibility requirements of teachers, This article analyzes theoretical basis and method of model construction, summarizes the current situation of the research on the mental health education teachers' competency in primary and secondary schools,and point out the future research direction from the elementary school mental health teachers' competency of definition, competency model research methods and present situation.%心理健康教育教师在学校教育中担当着重要角色,对学生群体的健康成长起着至关重要的作用.本文从中小学心理健康教育教师胜任力的概念界定、胜任力模型研究方法与现状着手,立足于心理健康教育教师的岗位职责要求,对模型构建的理论基础和方法等方面进行整理分析,并对我国中小学心理健康教育教师胜任力的研究现状进行归纳总结,在提出不足的同时指出日后的研究方向.
