In light of the secondary lining penetration of Yunzhongshan tunnel at the section of RK45 ＋ 140 -RK45 ＋070, the paper introduces the waterproofing and drainage facility in the tunnel, analyzes penetration causes, and takes economic and effective measures, so as to solve the problem of secondary lining penetration in the tunnel.%针对云中山特长隧道RK45＋140～RK45＋070段二衬施工后存在的渗水情况，通过对隧道防排水设施的介绍、分析找出渗水原因，并采取最经济、有效的措施，来解决隧道二衬渗水问题。
