The present invention relates to a dough piece extending device and a dough piece extending method for extending dough pieces preformed into substantially triangular shapes while correcting the shapes as in, for example, croissant dough before finish rolling, a finish rolling device for finish rolling of the dough pieces that have been extended, and a dough forming device for finish rolling and a dough forming method for finish rolling for finish rolling of the dough pieces that have been extended while correcting the shape. The dough piece extending device is characterized by being provided with a feeding device (7) for feeding dough (3) and an extending roller (9) disposed above the feeding device (7) and by the extending roller (9) being provided with a plurality of protruding ridge parts (9B) along the circumferential direction on the outside thereof.
