PURPOSE: A high strength soft tissue fixing device is provided to cut the outer surface from the ends of sleeve, thereby increasing the contact area with the bone.;CONSTITUTION: A high strength soft tissue fixing device comprises a sleeve(20) and a suture(10). Both end of the sleeve are formed as an open pipe shape. The sleeve includes a cut-out portion(21) with the outer surface of which a part is cut out from both ends to a fixed point. The suture passes through the both ends of the sleeve. The sleeve has the tensile strength of 10.0kgf~30.0kgf and the solidity of 5.0mgf~15mgf. The suture has the tensile strength of 10.0kgf~30.0kgf and the solidity of 1.0mgf~5mgf.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
