摘要:
ABSTRACT The disadvantages of the analytical solution and the simplified method were analyzed and a thermal expansion model was established by the finite element method. Based on the data characteristics of the rolls' geometry in a rolling unit, the calculation task was divided into pre-calculation responsible for static data preparation and renewal calculation responsible for renewing dynamic data and thermal expansion. The pre-calculation was called only after roll change and the renewal calculation was called when the thermal expansion data was needed to be updated. This special tailored flow contributes to a much smaller computation complexity in compari-son with standard finite element analysis. Furthermore, the corresponding program was compiled according to the tailored flow and its results are in agreement with those by ANSYS, with the accuracy of about 30% higher than the simplified method. Due to high accura-cy and short calculation time, this home-made finite element analysis program is promising to be implemented in online applications for evaluating the thermal expansion of rolls.%分析了解析法与简化方法的缺点,采用有限元法建立轧辊热变形计算模型。针对轧制过程中轧辊热变形计算数据特点,将计算任务分为负责静态数据准备的预计算和负责动态数据准备与热变形求解的更新计算,换辊时进行预计算,计算任意时刻的热变形时只需进行更新计算,计算量远小于标准有限元程序。根据特殊处理的计算流程,编写了基于轴对称有限元法的轧辊热变形程序,其计算结果与ANSYS结果一致,精度均高于简化方法约30%。自编轧辊热膨胀有限元程序计算精度高,耗时少,满足在线热膨胀预报要求。

摘要:
为避免轧机运行中出现不稳定振动,提出轧机故障诊断与设计缺陷分析的综合方法.首先,在现场运行状态下采集控制系统参数与轧机结构振动等数据;然后,采用支持向量回归技术进行控制系统辨识,根据得到的辨识模型诊断控制系统的稳定性,提出了环节动力学分析的概念与方法,建立控制系统与机械结构的混合数学模型,实现不同损伤状态下的仿真与运行稳定性预测;最后,通过结构动力学修改或再设计,消除由于结构损伤或设计不当导致的轧机自激振动.%Dynamic performance analysis and dynamics modification is a fundamental approach that obviates faults of strap rolling mills in operation. An integration method is provided in order to avoid instability vibration for strap rolling mills in this paper. First,the control system operation parameter and structural vibration signal of rolling mills are acquired. Then control system identification is performed by means of support vector regression method. On that basis, the fault of the control system is diagnosed by means of identified model. The concept and technique of the link'dynamics are provided to build mixing model of control system and mechanical structures, and the simulation and analysis of the operation stability in different structure damage condition are carried out. Finally, instability vibration of rolling mills due to structural damage and inappropriate design is cleared up by means of structural dynamics modification and redesign.

对于轧制尤其是钢(10)的干燥和保持干燥的已知方法是,通过隔离体(12,13;14,15)将已轧制带钢的干燥空间(34)与轧机机座的潮湿空间(35)分开。按照本发明建议,在隔离体(12,13;14,15)与带钢(10)之间通过类似气垫的压力空气缓冲垫层以及缝隙流(31,32)形成非接触密封,为此压力气体(33)从大量风嘴(23)里以垂直角度由风嘴板(18,19)从上面和下面吹向带钢表面。
