The efficient oil-degrading strain which is from the natural environment can be applied to treating oil wastewater.Carbon source, nitrogen source, trace elements and other nutrients have a great effect on the growth, reproduction and metabolism of microorganisms.This study aims at searching for the best nutritional condition of the oil-degradation strain treating oil wastewater with soybean oil as the sole carbon source and separating oil-degradation strain.DNA is extracted, and PCR is used to amplify 16S rDNA.The results show that the optimum nitrogen source is NH4Cl, whose optimal concentration is 2.108 g/L, C/N is 4.8;the optimum phosphorus source is KH2PO4, whose optimal concentration is 1.3 g/L, the optimum microelement's formula is 0.08 g/L MgSO4·7H2O,0.16 g/L FeSO4·7H2O, 0.08 g/L CuSO4·5H2O, 0.008 g/L CaCl2, 0.008 g/L C10H14N2Na2O8·2H2O, 0.08 g/L ZnSO4·7H2O.A strain with soybean oil as sole carbon source and energy is identified as Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579, which is affiliated with phylum firmicute, and the optimum growth temperature is within the range from 20 °C to 45 °C.%从自然环境中筛选出的高效油脂降解菌,可应用于对油脂废水的处理.然而,碳源、氮源、微量元素等营养物质对微生物的生长、繁殖和代谢有很大影响.以大豆油为唯一的碳源,重点研究微生物降解植物油废水的最佳营养条件,分离植物油降解菌菌种.通过16S rDNA扩增和基因测序对其进行鉴定.结果表明,复合菌群作用的最佳营养条件为:氮源种类为氯化铵(NH4Cl),优水平浓度为2.108 g/L,C/N 4.8;磷源种类为磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4),优水平浓度为1.3 g/L,微量元素配方及优水平浓度为七水合硫酸镁(MgSO4·7H2O,AR)0.08 g/L,七水合硫酸亚铁(FeSO4·7H2O,AR)0.16 g/L,五水合硫酸铜(CuSO4·5H2O,AR)0.08 g/L,无水氯化钙(CaCl2,AR)0.008 g/L,乙二胺四乙酸二钠(C10H14N2Na2O8·2H2O,AR)0.008 g/L,七水合硫酸锌(ZnSO4·7H2O,AR)0.08 g/L.16S rRNA序列分析法鉴定其中1株菌株为Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579,隶属于厚壁菌门,最适生长温度在20~45 °C.
