[目的]测定牡蛎、石决明和瓦楞子三种介类中药生、煅品水煎液中无机元素的含量,初步探讨该类中药中无机元素含量与药物性味、功效的关系.[方法]釆用微波消解法对三种介类中药生、煅水煎液样品进行处理后,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, ICP-OES)法分别测定三种介类中药生、煅品水煎液中Ca、Mg、Fe、K、Cu、Zn、Mn、Co、Mo、Se、Cr共11种无机元素的含量,并比较其含量差异.[结果]三种介类中药生品水煎液中Ca、Mg、K三种无机元素含量较高,其他无机元素含量相对较低,各无机元素含量高低顺序趋势大致相同:Ca>Mg>K>Mn>Fe>Cu或Zn>Se(Cr)>Mo(Co).牡蛎、石决明生品水煎液中Mg、Mn、Fe元素含量均高于瓦楞子生品水煎液(P< 0.05).三种介类中药煅品水煎液中Ca元素含量均较各自生品水煎液增高(P<0.05),K、Se、Cr元素含量与各自生品水煎液比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05).与生品水煎液比较,三种介类中药煅品水煎液中Mg、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mo、Co元素含量变化差异较大.[结论]牡蛎、石决明和瓦楞子三种介类中药的性味、功效差异可能与无机元素种类及含量差异有关.%[Objective] To determine the contents of mineral elements in the decoction of three testacean traditional Chinese medicines(Oysters, Abalone shell, Concha arcae) and processed one, by comparing the differences of their contents, the relationship between mineral elements and nature and efficacy of testacean TCM were discussed. [Methods] The samples were digested by microwave digestion system, and the amounts of 11 mineral elements (Ca, Mg, Fe, K, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Mo, Se, Cr) were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES), and the differences of their contents were compared. [Results] The order of the content of each element in the decoction of three testacean TCM had the same trend: Ca>Mg>K>Mn>Fe>Cu or Zn> Se(Cr)>Mo(Co). The contents of Ca, Mg and K were higher in the raw water decoction of three testacean TCM, the contents of other mineral elements were relatively low. The contents of Mg, Mn and Fe in the raw decoction of Oysters, Abalone shell were higher than those of the raw decoction of Concha arcae(P< 0.05). The content of Ca in the three calcined decoction was higher than that of the raw decoction(P<0.05), the contents of K, Se and Cr were not significantly different from those of raw water decoction(P>0.05), the contents changes of calcinated decoction on Mg, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Co, Mo elements with nothing in common.[Conclusion] The difference in the performance of the three testacean TCM and calcined products may be related to the mineral elements.
