摘要:
文章针对振动电容式表面电位测量传感器核心组件——振动音叉进行详细设计,分析得出适用于电位检测的音叉振动形式,确定出音叉结构参数及驱动方式;进行基于传递函数的传感器灵敏度及精度影响因素分析;提出基于电荷感应与静电场仿真的电位测量装置设计方法,得到的传感器灵敏度与理论计算结果一致,并最终通过样机标定实验验证了传感器设计的正确性。

摘要:
在机器人气管插管前,为了满足口腔自主打开的要求,开发了一款下颌吸附手。首先,通过分析对比在肌肉牵引下下颌开口运动规律,确定了下颌吸附手的运动和驱动形式。为了满足下颌吸附手与下颌骨骼肌肉组织的相容性,下颌吸附手集成了吸附、缓冲、力探测等功能。为了提高操纵力探测的灵敏度,对弹性体相应子梁的结构做了相应处理,包括布置工艺孔,调整了其结构刚度。针对弹性体力学特性,运用有限元软件,分析了其应力和应变状态,验证了弹性体结构的合理性和功能的可行性。

摘要:
为解决环境风速对太阳辐射强度值测量准确度的影响,文中设计一种热电效应总辐射传感器。首先,利用建模软件构建出传感器探头的三维结构模型,使用流体动力学方法对传感器探头进行流固耦合传热分析;然后使用L⁃M算法对传感器进行误差修正,得到太阳辐射强度值与传感器两探头温差及环境风速之间的关系;最后设计硬件电路,并搭建一套太阳辐射模拟器实验平台,使用此传感器测量0~3 m/s范围内太阳辐射强度值并修正辐射误差,将经误差修正后测得的实验值与标准仪器参考值进行对比。实验结果表明,文中提出的太阳辐射传感器及误差修正算法具有较好的效果,经辐射误差修正后的实验值与参考值之间的相对误差不大于2.36%,以100~1050 W/m^(2)作为满量程时,满量程误差不大于1.37%。

该系统以Arduino UNO作为硬件平台,接入脉搏等传感器,将生命体征数据通过ESP8266无线传输模块发送至物联平台,通过手机等终端对生命体征数据实时监看.系统具有双重警示功能,当指标超标时,不仅在本地实现蜂鸣报警,而且通过物联网对家人的手机或邮件发送直接警示,同时具有紧急呼救功能,呼救信息直接发送至亲属手机.该装置扩展性强,可将其他传感器快速接入云平台.该系统经测试后,灵敏度高,成本低廉,适用性广泛,具有广阔的市场前景.

传感器设计使用问题是高职工科学生学习的重点和难点,传感器技术相对抽象不容易理解,笔者通过Multisim虚拟仿真技术与传感器技术相结合,以温度、压力传感器为载体,利用虚拟仿真技术模拟温度、压力传感器,力图实现传感器的敏感元件、电路设计和使用等知识点的全面掌握.通过虚拟仿真传感器的设计,能够激发学生的学习热情,提高学生的工程创新能力,提升学生的就业技能.

文章针对无人机安全性检测标准不一,检测方案不完善,致使无人机飞行存在安全隐患,设计了一种利用安装于无人机部分上的传感器实时传输给地面站系统无人机的姿态,速度以及位置等信息,分析无人机的安全性并控制无人机的飞行状态的无人机安全性检测系统设计方案.通过该方案检测无人机安全性具有可靠性好,操作简单,成本相对较低等优点.

针对叠层织物成型过程,设计关键工艺参数在线检测的压力、位移传感器,通过两路RS485总线将在线采集信息实时传输至PLC集中处理、分析,预警织物质量问题;借助工业以太网总线,上位机与PLC通讯建立管理层,实现织物数据库创建与信息自动管理,形成一套织物成型集散监控系统.应用证明:该系统运行稳定可靠,提高了织物成型过程数据的测量精度,保证了织物质量的稳定性、一致性以及织物信息的完整性、可追溯性,为优化成型工艺提升织物综合性能奠定了基础.

摘要:
脉冲涡流检测技术能够较好的解决常规涡流检测不能兼顾检测灵敏度和检测深度之间的矛盾,在定量检测结构件表面以及次表面缺陷方面发展潜力很大。本文设计了基于霍尔元件差动联接的脉冲涡流检测系统,制作了大电流激励线圈、差动式霍尔元件接收探头以及其后续信号调理电路,并对不同预制缺陷尺寸的试件进行了实验。完成了对影响脉冲涡流检测能力的多因素的实验研究、数据分析和规律总结。

Electric compasses are gaining importance as an important sensor in Various consumer electronics products. New sensor solutions are still interesting if they can simultaneously provide sufficient resolution,high stability, low power consumption, small form factor, and a low cost. Taking this as the goal, we havedesigned and fabricated micromechanical magnetometers intended for a 3D electronic compass whichcould be embedded in portable devices. The sensors are based on the Lorentz force acting on a current-carrying coil, processed on a single crystal silicon resonator. Sensors for the three Cartesian components of the magnetic field Vector can be processed on the same chip. The Vibration amplitude is detected capacitively and the resonance is tracked by a phase-locked loop circuit. The fabrication process is basedon aligned direct bonding of a double side polished and a SOI wafer. Magnetometers measuring the fieldcomponent along the chip surface have a flux density resolution of about 10 nT/Hz at a coil current of 100 uA.Magnetometers measuring the field component perpendicular to the chip surface are currently less sensitive with flux density resolution of about 70 nT/Hz. Resolution is limited by the fundamental thermomechanical noise.
