This article examines the relationship between psychological contract of knowledge workers and their turnover intention. In addition, the impact of equity sensitivity on psychological contract breach perception and turnover intention is included in our study. Following prior research, relational psychological contract and transactional psychological contract are two key dimensions of knowledge workers' psychological contract. And our empirical study shows that knowledge workers prefer the satisfaction of relational dimension. Study results suggest that employees with high equity sensitivity perceive lower degree of breach and turnover intention than those with low equity sensitivity. Propositions for practice based our conclusions are empowering knowledge workers and helping the make career development plan to improve their perception of psychological contract, forming a climate of dedication to enhancing their equity sensitivity.
