The foundation of artificial intelligence is an important research content. This paper introduces the "Artificial Intelligence Basic Platform" project of independent research and development. The paper draws up the development contents of the artificial intelligence computing platform, formulates the concrete scheme of implementation, and implements the humanoid intelligent education robot as an application case.
