This essay briefly talks about the reasons why subject interpreters easily fall into anxiety:the inaccuracy of professional terms and the unconfirmed environment of interpretation(including expectations of the clients and audience,sensitivity to inter-relationships among people).Accordingly,two measures are proposed to reduce the anxiety of subject interpreters.%本文简要阐述了专题口译中译员焦虑心理的两大成因：专题知识的不可预测性、口译环境的不确定性（客户和听众的期望值,人际交往敏感度等）,提出减少专题口译人员焦虑心理的有效措施。
