Combined with the experience in long-term administration about in-post teaching practice,the meaning and the main problems about instruction during in-post teaching practice are analyzed.Accordingly,some suggestions for in-post teaching practice are given.For example,a community of UGS instruction should be builded and instruction during in-post teaching practiceshould be practicable by the system formulation,selection guidelines,the implementation process monitoring,etc.%结合长期负责实施师范生顶岗实习试点工作的经验，分析了师范生顶岗实习指导的意义和存在的主要问题，提出了对师范生顶岗实习工作需构建UGS指导共同体，并从制度制定，指导方法选取及过程监控等方面促使指导落实。
