摘要:在无溶剂存在下,氰化亚铜与2,3-二氯苯甲酰氯直接反应合成出高纯度2,3-二氯苯甲酰氰,利用FTIR,1H NMR和13C NMR对产物进行结构表征,其纯度由高性能的液相色谱和元素分析仪得到确认.液相色谱测定结果表明,产物纯度大于98%,高于文献报道的溶剂法制备纯度(86%).%Highly pure 2,3-dichlorobenzoyl cyanide was synthesized by a modified approach, in which a controlled reaction of dichlorobenzoyl chloride with cuprous cyanide was conducted directly, without using any organic solvent. FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR presented the evidences of the structure. The results of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and element analysis showed that the final product was of high purity degree.
